    We were happy at the start with the price... We were told an imprint of the credit card and $160 a day.. 100km included.. that is all we were told. I still have the email as proof... When my boyfriend get's there to get the truck he was told it was $160, the imprint for bond AND another $33 on top of that so they didn't have to charge us $5000 for a bond.. Something we were not told via email or telephone correspondence previously... ALSO, the truck had a leak we were not told about, therefore when it rained our queen size mattress and over 40 Donna Hay magazines got ruined by the water... When returning the truck the guy just brushed it off like nothing and didn't even offer anything for compensation.. no discount in price or even an apology... We will be going to consumer affairs about this company.. I was going to recommend them to a friend moving soon,not now...
