  Andrew and Rhonda Barnett have done nothing but consistently lie for almost 1 year. . Big warning to anyone thinking of making their wig with these two. I went in almost one year ago to make a top piece for myself. I was told they are premium wig makers and that they make wigs for celebrity clients etc. I explained what I wanted and Rhonda was sure she could make me what I described. They measured and I was quoted $2600 for a top piece. I was happy paying for a human hair piece that was going to be undetectable. That's what I was promised. So we agreed the piece will be ready in approx 12 weeks and that I would pay half the deposit so was charged $1300. Never once was I called in regards to the piece being ready. I would call every month after the 12 weeks were up and I would get the same response. 'the lady making your piece has run out of hair so it will take a while longer' Rhonda would say rest assured we haven't run off with your money. After about 8 months I called and this time she said the piece was ready and I needed to come I for the fitting and cutting. I made an appointment and arrived to my fitting. The hair was very long and needed to be cut in. The problem was the piece was not sitting flat on my head and looked absolutely horrible. If you look on ebay for wigs and purchase one for $100 that's how it would look like. The hairdresser started cutting it in and as it got shorter it became worse until finally the hair dresser suggested we get another piece remade because it just did not sit right. So Rhonda agreed and said it will definitely be ready in about 10 weeks. It's now been 1 year since I first paided my $1300 deposit. I rang today asking where my piece was and Rhonda said I don't know and I'll get back to you on that. I stated that it's not a good enough response and that I wanted my deposit back in full otherwise I would take it to consumer affairs Rhonda then hung up on me. So she leaves me no choice but to ring consumer affairs today and take this further. This is a warning to anyone thinking of spending their hard earned cash on a hair piece with this business. There are plenty of others out there that are professional and can give you what your looking for.
